Journey of Lifetime

Our next destination was Mussorrie. It took us 14 hours from Quallis to reach there from Auli. Its a very wonderful Hill Station. Its a nice tourist place.



This is totally Mountain area. It was our last destination. of the journey. Mussorrie is popularly known as Queen of Hill Stations. It is 34 kms away from Dehradun. We booked the Quallis from Dehradun.
 

Major Hindu pilgrimage sites like Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri, Haridwar, Rishikesh are not far from this place. It makes it a hot spot tourist place. The name, Mussoorie is derived from plants of 'Mussoorie' which were found in abundance here. After its discovery, this hill station gradually developed as a centre of education, business, tourism and beauty.

 


Our 2010 First tour ended here.  Tour ends with sweet memories take Home. It was nice to be here from the usual life. It gave us lots of pleasure & peace of mind. We will go here every year from now. It will be good for a change. Now I will go to Khatu Dhaam 23rd Feb...As Soon As Possible This Tour Of Pic Also I Will Post.....

Soon after Rishikesh we went to Himalayas. Its really a wonderful place. The place called Auli where we stayed. Its about 400 k.m. away from  Haridwar. Its totally a mountain area. Places called Nand Prayag & Rudra Prayag comes in between the journey. Badrinath is 20 k.m. away from Auli. In above picture its a place where Alaknanda & Bhagirathi rivers meet.

 

 

 

This place is really a Heaven. If Heaven somewhere in Earth then it must be only here. We enjoyed a lot here.

 

 

We enjoyed on Ice, It was so cold though but we played with the Ice ball. It was really wonderful experience.
